Chamberlain and Walden Universities are hosting a free webinar this month titled, "Brotherhood Balance: Navigating Self-Care, Boundaries, Resilience and Work-Life Harmony."
The event will take place Jan. 29 at 6:30 pm Eastern.
The event's presenter, Montigus Jackson, is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified anger management specialist specializing in adolescents and adults for individual, couples, and family therapy. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health, substance abuse, and social service fields, he is experienced in many areas, which include relationship issues, at-risk youth, emotional disturbances (depression and anxiety), and substance addiction. He has also been featured on numerous podcasts where he is attempting to break the stigma associated with mental illness in the Black community.
